Clements Europe, a member of the Clements International group of companies, has acquired the International Vehicle Risk Management (IVRM) business from independent insurance broker Lockton, Inc. Clements International is the leading provider of insurance solutions for expatriates and international organizations.

“As a trusted insurance provider to international diplomats, with a longstanding relationship to the U.S. Foreign Service, Clements is uniquely positioned and well qualified to meet the needs of IVRM’s expatriate customers,” said Chris Beck, president of Clements International. “With the support of our new London office, this acquisition is an opportunity to establish our brand among expatriates living in the U.K. and the larger European market.”

IVRM policyholders’ existing coverage will not be affected and will continue to be offered through Clements International. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
